The game is played on a square board divided into 20 rows and 20 columns, for a total of 400 squares.
Why?
A chess board only needs 64 squares and that should be good enough for anyone. Are you a chess grandmaster yet?
More importantly, what about the Blokus champion down the street? You know, the 15 year old who trounces you every time. If he hasn’t mastered chess yet, what makes him think he deserves a several hundred percent increase in the number of squares?
Some may think you’re bitter, but this is a legitimate question to be asked. And this t-shirt provides the extremely appropriate answer to it. Short, subtle, sweet... unlike Blokus.
Ages five and up? Who are they trying to fool? Can a five-year-old even count up to 400 squares?
You know what? I agree with the Y-shirt. Even the queen would agree with the T-shirt. It’s a futile game. In my book, that makes it a load of BOLLOX.
