Some people are soooo depressing. Like REALLY depressing.

Goth kids. What gives? Do people really enjoy being miserable all the time?

It’s like the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle... the more accurately you can measure someone’s miserable index, the less certain you are just what the heck could possibly be going on in their minds.

They’re talking about gloom and death and stuff all the time. Woah... really, like, you guys must be super fun at parties.

And what is with the constant death theme? I wonder why goth kids don’t listen to death metal. Seriously, you’d think that would be perfect except for being so extraordinarily aggressive. Which really doesn’t seem to befit the depressive image.

Why? Seriously... life is fun, right? You’ve gotta love living.

But then, you have to consider that to live without Christ is death. And to die without Christ is death. Who’d want to be so complacent? Christ or die. Everything else is just like looking at life through a glass darkly.

Which might be appropriate for someone who enjoys contemplating gloom and death all the time, but, unsurprisingly, they don't tend to get invited to many parties.
