It just doesn’t make sense. Who’d design a game like this? A mathematician? Well, fine, good; mathematicians are people too. They deserve some fun. But why inflict it on the rest of the world? It’s just a stupid idea.
The rules are supposed to be easy, the game’s supposed to be simple, but do YOU know what a pentamino is? Who does? Apart from mathematicians, that is. But there are twelve of the stupid things in the game.
And then you have to calculate points. Why do you have to perform calculations at the end of a game? You already know someone’s lost after playing this whole stupid game and trying to understand the stupid rules. Wasn’t that frustrating enough? Why bring even more mathematics into it and prolong the agony?
You know why? Because that’s the kind of game it is. Just out and out frustrating and pointless and a waste of time.
