Ah, something that today people really want, the Zimbabwe airport departure tax stamp.
With the current political and economic situation is this otherwise lovely country, fully a third of the population has left Zimbabwe in the past few years.
With nearly 300 million per cent inflation, the Zimbabwe dollar is virtually worthless and prices double every day.
Note that this tax stamp is denominated in US dollars and must be paid for in US cash. The current stamps are now at US$20.
These stamps are affixed to your boarding pass, and as you leave they will punch a large hole in the stamp to prevent reuse.
As you settle in to your airline seat, you wonder then what you will do with the literally billions of Zimbabwe dollars left over in your wallet.
You could arrange a really funky game of Monopoly with your friends... Or just tip a waiter with a $100 billion bill and see the look on his face!
